Prabin Kumar Jha, Head Strategic Initiative, Mody University of Science and Technology, receives the Global 50 Glory Award 2021 for achievement in Education Management. He believes success is all about self-satisfaction and wants to educate many people to simplify their careers and lives. Here’s an exclusive interview with Prabin Kumar Jha:
Please tell us a bit about yourself.
For the last 20 years, I have worked in the field of educational administration. “Education is all about educating people,”said Swami Vivekananda, who was inspired by this notion. The one-to-one mentoring approach and more than 10000 students and corporate sessions have helped to guarantee that life is about good preparation and execution.
What were the challenges that you faced initially, and how did you overcome them?
A lack of awareness of one’s work and personal objectives results in a great deal of uncertainty while trying to thrive in one’s job. A person needs to recognize that there is an issue before they can begin to solve it.
What has been your most significant achievement?
It has been shown that the goal-setting formula is successful when more than 1000 students provide their ideas and improve their lives in both the academic and personal domains.
How do you come up with new ideas?
Ideas emerge from the many sorts of concerns that people have. As a result of the experience learning and solution supplied, the outcome becomes more significant to the new concept.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
Swami Vivekananda’s thinking process on education and my father’s guidance helped me remain grounded and be a decent human being throughout my life.
What motivates you?
During my school days, there was a limited resource. I want to be the source for as many as possible to help them move forward.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day is defined by what you have learnt on a given day and how you put that knowledge into action the following day.
Who do you look toward for advice?
I look forward to my mentors and “Google Baba” for more information to take an appropriate step forward in today’s time.
How do you define success?
Success is all about self-satisfaction, and my effort changes the lives of many at least a bit of happiness.
What are your growth plans for the next 12 months?
To reach out to an increasing number of individuals and educate them on career and life coaching following their requirements, using all available methods of communication.
